The original plan submitted for approval was denied because the wires could impact the birds in the island, final and approved plan was based on vertical only for low bands and fiberglass protected wires " SteepIR". 

I am surprised they installed dipoles, they may get a last minute approval but wires were not allowed by USFWS. 
That’s why there are no beverages on K1N plan.
