Topband: PQ0T DXpedition 2015 - Trindade Is.

I tried to send money for this dx-pedition via but PayPal sent an error 
message that sending money to Brazil is not available at this time.  
Maybe the PQ0T gang might want to have a U.S. Stateside treasurer to 
make expected donation possible.
