Topband: 160 Worked All States

For me it was just the opposite as the ARRL DX Contest was good for me.
One year, since I was considered "DX", I was able to work all 48 States
in 3.5 hours on 160. But since KH6 and KL7 are also DX I wasn't able to
get them. Also since the ARRL 160 Meter DX Contest still bans the U.S.
Territories from being considered "DX" to try and work WAS during this
event is a waste of time. You have most mainland stations in a wall to
wall sea of QRM with automatic CQ machines and unable to hear you. With
the ARRL DX Contest, as opposed to their 160 Meter Contest, the ops are
only looking for "DX" and that makes a big difference for me to be able
to 48 State WAS in less than 4 hours.
