Topband: Tensioning of RG58 coax for 2-way Beverage

CATV F-6 coax with a messenger line can be had for little or nothing.
That's something to consider. All the tension is on the messenger line, and
not on the attached coax. The messenger wire can handle a lot of tension,
that would probably pull the coax alone in two.
