Topband: fishnet beacon

Hearing several strong ones 1820-1926 KHZ most to my East toward the 
Grand Banks. 
 
Wonder if anyone has ever sent any, a SWL card requesting they use an 
out of Ham band frequency? hi
No QRZ listings ?
