Topband: Top hat vertical

I have had excellent success modeling "Marconi T" verticals with EZNEC. The
Demo version can do a Marconi T just fine.

Comparison with real world results in my backyard was very good, with
EZNEC's predicted impedance being exactly what I needed to design, wind,
and build L matching networks.
