Runnning WSPR on 474.2 KHZ  and :

VK3ELV   2015-09-10   10:52Z   475.726   QF33BQ   5 watts  -29

Not quite as far as yours,  but he was copied also up into north west 
USA last nite,
Antenna efficiency on 475 a lot less than a quarter wave antenna on 160.

Path is open to VK this time of the year,  to make a real qso you will 
need a signal
at least -10 or more.
