Those are likely Ohmite type OY 2 watt ceramic/metal composition resistors.
They are non-inductive and are the preferred choice for Beverage
terminations. They will survive higher surge currents from nearby lightning
strikes than carbon composition.

The cores are Fair-Rite # 2873000202 (Amidon BN-73-202). Newark/Farnell has
them, I believe.
