So what's the verdict, is it valid or not??

I have a confirmed 40m QSO with 4K1F dated 1983-03-30.
The QTH printed in the card is (not my typo) "Bellinshausen" Base, King George (Waterloo) Is, South Shetland Islands 62°12'S 58°58'W....

I can't figure out the link below, it takes me to a freshdesk support page that declines my clublog login... how did you navigate to it once logged in??
