Topband: alpha amps

I lost an alpha 8410.I have sent now 3 requests for a rma to return and 
repair.When you go to the rkr/alpha site you find they are selling much 
of the repair devices.resistors,caps relays etc.Are they still in 
business? if not where can one send a 8410 for repair? thanks,john,w5jmw
