Topband: Electro magnetic energy

We see electromagnetic  energy  of tiny short waves. Sometimes directly, sometimes reflected. See a single color, like a red  flower ?,The red frequency  is being reflected to our eyes.   
Our low band antennas can be manipulated to add, reject, or skew  signals.  
Thinking in DC terms, magnets can attract or repel,  Like poles repel, opposites attract..
