Now, can someone tell me how W1BB gained access to the top of that tower?


Stew led the RACES group in Winthrop and donated his time and equipment for the cause. The city gave him access to the water tower for RACES net activity.
The view from the tower was breath taking with the ocean a stones throw from the tower. 
Stew had a chart in the tower shack that plotted the SWR of his dipole with the tide. It was a perfect sine wave!
