I thought they were limited to 1.8000 MHz on the 160m band. No?

Whatever the case --after reading the related recent posts here-- all the
fuss, fuming and fulminating over a *temporary* carrier --on whatever
frequency they transmit-- seems to be much ado about nothing.

for the minimum time needed to complete a field strength reading.  The only
frequency where they will run 1000W "radiated" is 1710kHz.  On other freqs
