Topband: FYI Robot contacts "outlawed" by ARRL

This is one of those topics that will create a firestorm of opinions.  We
just had a similar one about FT*.

The management of this list has decided not to support a similar discussion
at this time.

There are two ways to do this - I asked.  Or I have to go into moderation
mode which slows everything down for everyone.
