Topband: QRG on 160 in North and South America

Fish beacons are pretty random on when they show up.  Heard one this
morning on 1819.8.

Called CQ for about an hour before sunrise.  RA4LW had no copy on me.  ZL
and VK4 RBNs were hearing me pretty well - in the teens.
