Topband: Failed bulkhead connector

I have had those fail also(QRO).. I'm sure they were cheap ones too.

I have now use the Amphenol brand and have used the ones with the dielectric PBT and PTFE so neither have failed so far.
The PTFE are more expensive I am assuming those are better ones??

Also always wondered this when I was working we used a dielectric grease on all HV connections. 
Anyone use dielectric grease on their antenna connections?
