Please think again. 


Many topbanders use antennas and feedlines that extend beyond 
a 500 meter diameter circle. Please don't disparage us.

I think the key word is “Station” which assumes that 500M diameter circle encompasses all aspects of the station to include feedlines and antennas. 

A transmitter and/or receiver are not a station without their associated antenna systems.
