Topband: Blatant cheating using Remote Operation

It’s not my intent to disparage anyone. Just an attempt to better define the intent of the rule as it relates to what a station is. Maybe if the feed point of those antennas are within the circle it’s good to go. Beyond that maybe another rule applies.
