Topband: Anyone QRV in ND?

Nice to see.  According to my log, I actually have a topband QSL from him, but 
it's for SSB and it's a card, not LOTW.  Feb 2, 2010, so he was 92 and still 
contesting!

Thanks all for the tips.  Maybe the ND QSO Party will pay off.
