Well said Tree – thanks so much for your observations on the subject.
And remember ladies and gentlemen: It is totally legal and acceptable to the 
ARRL DX program to use remote transmitters and receivers for DXCC credit as 
long as you are still inside the borders of your own country !
If anyone doesn’t think that QSO’s made within those rules are “valid”, I 
suggest you contact ARRL with your position...if enough complaints are 
brought to the ARRL, they may re-consider that rule for DXCC or change 
individual contest rules...it’s your organization, make your feelings known 
!!
