I have always displayed both EU and AS spots.
One day, I saw a spot from AS for P5/3Z9DX on
15 meters around 4PM local.  No spots from NA.'
I fired up the receiver and no one (at least from
NA) was calling him.  I made the first QSO
with this operation from the Western Hemisphere
out of only a few dozen total.

THAT's why.
