I said exactly what I meant -- solid copper center.

All my antennas on towers are fed with 1/2-in or 7/8-in hard line, all 
of it used or reel ends. All of it lays on the ground, then goes up the 
tower when it splices to the rotator loop/choke/antenna feed.
