In this configuration, the tower can also act as a reflector, providing 
a few dB of directivity in the direction of the slope. Whether it 
provides GAIN, and how much, will depend on whether the tower has a 
decent radial system, and on its electrical height (including the top 
loading provided by the parts of antennas that are bonded to their mast.
