Topband: 16 conditions last night

Ron. . .thanks for the report and encouraging words.  Seems like we are 
having snippets of good prop every now and then but not much in 
between.  I got on and began CQing  about 0440z and quickly worked DF2PY 
with moderately good signals then with OK1CF, LY7M, and OK1DT calling 
in, all with weak signals.  Sounds like I should have stayed around.  
Let's hope for some better prop and activity to go with it.
