Topband: The USA-CA Awards

The “Toplist” awards are  run by MARAC.  This, and all other awards, are after one achieves USA-CA , which is run by CQ.   They do not require confirmations, and are on the honor system.

It plays for a very small set of amateurs who can’t get working counties out of their system.
