I have been following the BC intruder discussion of late on the top band reflector. Here’s a handy way to geographically search for hams in a number of convenient methods.

Also if you determine what grid square the interfering location is in, a check of a few Stew Perry logs (or ping N6TR) might yield call(s) of active top banders.
