Topband: Top Band conditions

Yes, from the ARRL DX contest through last night, conditions have been
excellent and a fair amount of stations on as well, allowing me to easily
work handfuls of Eu stations with my meager 100W + inverted L (no RX
antenna).

Let's enjoy it while it lasts.
