Propagation in the direction of darkness on all of the lower bands, 
including 160, regularly peaks on the daylight side of the terminator. 
On 160, it's 30-45 minutes, on 80, an hour or so, on 40, 2 hours.

Propagation to the west peaks AFTER sunrise, to the east, BEFORE sunset. 
Those who shut down in the morning at the first sign of daylight are 
badly misguided.
