Topband: Pre-Stew Topband event this weekend

The October running of the Stew Perry Topband Distance Challenge - also
known as the Lowband Jack (in memory of VE1ZZ) will take place this weekend.

It starts at 1200Z UTC on October 19th and runs for 24 hours.  Exchange is
your four digit grid square.
