Topband: Improving conditions

Heard G3YRO and OZ4MM and OE3DIA between QSB dips, at 0250 UTC.  Normally I don't hear any EU until 0400 UTC.

Had to QRT for an early start, so could not try to work them.

Definitely better conditions than previous weeks.
