Rugged dipole center insulators

I make them out of Lexan which is cannot be destroyed.  Make them out of a 
strip of Lexan that is four inches long and two inches or three inches wide. 
 Use a SO259, weather proofing, and some holes and you cannot go wrong.  
Lexan is extremely strong and cheap.
