Clarification of feedline support problem

I didn't explain myself well enough...

I'm not getting water into the basement via my feedthough (a wide pvc
pipe.  The entry point is above the horizontal cable run. 


The water is seeping through the ground at the base of the vertical drop
of the cable, exacerbated by the cable bundle that sits on the roof --
it's acting like a gutter.

That's why I want to raise the cables off the roof.
