Here's another website with pictures of a commercial tower.  This one belongs to WAZY FM in West Lafayette, IN.  Any Boilermakers subscribed to TowerTalk should recognize those call letters.  The webpage deals with repairs to the feedline, antennas, and transmitter after a lightning hit.  Neat picture of a fried 4CX15000A.
