Buy two sets (of what ever connectors you prefer).  One for the rotator 
and tower cable.  One for the rotor controller and shack cable.  When 
the rotator is in the shack (and you know at some point in time it will 
be), it's an simple matter to connect it to the controller.  Just make sure 
you have the sexes right.
