COPPER WIRE DOWN 1 LEG AND BOND IT AT EACH JOINT WITH HOSE CLAMPS. THIS 
WAS A TRIED AND PROVEN WAY TO GET A GOOD CONNECTION.
I HAVE A 4 SQ. ON 80 WITH ELEVATED RADIALS MADE OF 25G WORKS GREAT.
