I go to a local fastener company called "Frontier Fasteners" in
Houston.  They have a will call window and will be glad to sell anyone
grade 5 bolts of almost any size for really cheap.  They even take
credit cards with a $20 minimum.  

You should be able to find a bolt or fastener company in most larger
cities.  If you want to order from Frontier, and you have the bolt size
& specs, their phone # is: 713-451-4242

I think you will save a lot of money this way.
