These cable hangers are the only way to go, but even the best solutions
have some problems.  Over time, I've noticed that the reinforced loop
at the top wears through if the cable swings in the wind, so you should
add it to your maintenance checklist.

Some of the sizes can forced over a connector, but it's better to put
the grip on first, then the connector.  I put a black (UV resistant)
ty-wrap at the bottom to keep the tensions on.  I've noticed that
coax is quickly ruined by water intrusion if the outer jacket is worn
through by rubbing on the tower, so taping the cable to the tower leg
(or fastening it with a ty-wrap) is worth the effort.  I do it as I
climb down at the end of a project, but if you're tired it's easy to
rationalize that you will do it some other time.

Cable grips are available at all electrical supply houses, so you can
find one in your local phone book.
