[TowerTalk] powering relays through coax

The 17th ed. Antenna Book shows way to do this on page 8-30 but just shows
an "RFC" to isolate RF and DC with no description of the component.  It
seems that this component would be a little tricky since it would have to
have very low parasitic capacitance.  Anyone know how it is built?
