Just a short caveat when checking lo range fuses ie 1/4 - 1/8 amp be aware of the 
Current your ohmmeter passes as dependent on range settings etc you could blow

The meter fuse on the circuit board is 250ma.  How can you look at a 
1/4 amp fuse and decide it 'looks fine'?????  Try an ohmmeter.
I just had to replace mine.
