Bill, If all your antennas on the switch are on the tower, out the switch at
the top of the top section. That'll produce the least amount of coax from
antennas to switch. 
I've seen LM-354 tower with 20 ft of mast, 16 ft out the top, with stacked
monobanders and also with a stacked tribander and 40 meter. 
The way I like to mount a sloper to the tower is with the Hygain center
insulator that accepts a pl-259. It is easy to drill out the hole on the
ground side to 1/4" and use a u-bolt to go around the tower leg.
