[TowerTalk] F12 & being there

Tom has been at the last two Pacificon conferences held in Concord CA every
October. He also gave a great talk discussing the latest developments in their
line of antennas at the Friday antenna seminar. He also brought down a
Force-12 C3S beam for use by the special event station for the conference.
