[TowerTalk] More on the EDZ "delay" line feed

Henry Pollock, WB4HFL, took up the challenge of trying the delay-line
impedance transformation feed for a wire 10-meter EDZ.  I added some notes
on his initial experiment and some subsequent modeling I did on the trial
set-up.  The technique indeed works.
