[TowerTalk] Need help with 300' tower

A friend of mine is erecting a 300', 28" face Swager Dura 28 tower.  Does anyone have a contact for engineering this project with a PE stamp for a reasonable fee?  The 10 year old tower was professionally removed from service and all components appear to be in very good condition.
