Talk to your local military recruiter and see if you can go through the physical
training part of the Airborne, Ranger, SEAL, or USMC (Confidence Course) regimen.

Gee, I could never do that in high school...let alone now at 47! When you
played nose guard at 280, it is hard to do that! At 47, it is even harder!
