[TowerTalk] Cushcraft 402-CD

I've just acquired a 402-CD and know that there exists a set of dimensons
that will allow both CW and phone operation.

I would appreciate anyone giving me the dimensions so I may properly
install the 402-CD as a CW/PHONE antenna.
