[TowerTalk] Put it on the Spammers/Telemarketers

	Well, I just got another spam through the tower 
talk reflector.  I was on the phone trying to deal with
a telemarketer who wanted to consolidate my long distance
phone bills and when I picked up the line that was waiting
it was a request from a local charity wanting me to donate 
to the local petting zoo.  Enough is enough

	This latest spam on promoting a stock for sale from 
IRT listed their 800 FREE phone number.....800-564-0547

I am sure some of you creative folks can come up with some 
clever ideas of what to do with that phone number that they
are paying for....How about some ideas?  Lets put it back 
on them AT THEIR EXPENSE.    800-564-0547

	I think that it is actually a violation of the Federal 
Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) 47USC~227
for these folks to send unsolicited advertisments via email.
How about an attorney that is part of this group look this
up and tell us grassroots folks how we can respond to this
