Food for Thought:

How honest is it to file a claim for tower wind damage when the damage is
caused by a bent water pipe mast . . . ?

You could list dozens of failure modes that are due to stupid blunders on
the part of the owner/installer.  Why should these guys get ANY insurance
coverage?
