[TowerTalk] Beware Trylon Towers

I've asked Scott to have his structural engineer contact Trylon directly to
see what's going on here - I just cannot believe that they are refusing to
provide the engineering specifications spelled out in the regulatory
certification requirements.

Trylon is NOT a garage operation - something is being miscommunicated somewhere.
