[TowerTalk] pulling a new pull rope

i had to get a pull rope through about 200 ft of 3 in buried conduit. i
tied the end of a small line to a bunch of tissue to make a plug and sucked
it through w/a shop vac. i don't know if the existing cables would be a
problem, but it's another idea.    gud luck,  henry
