Yeah, as a matter of fact.   But only if its buried 20 or 30 ' worth will it 
be considered a decent electrode.

.The pool plumbing is 1-1/2" or 2" copper
pipe.  In addition to ground rods, could the copper pipe be used
as part of the ground system?
